Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Repurposing
- Clip and edit long-form video into short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Ensure proper formatting, resolution, and platform-specific specifications
- Adapt pacing and style to current social trends
Content Publishing & Management
- Upload, schedule, and publish content per content calendar
- Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions aligned with brand voice
- Optimize timing for engagement and reach
Graphic Design & Event Content
- Create branded graphics (MVP announcements, stat leaders, championship highlights)
- Edit and distribute post-event photos
- Maintain consistent visual branding across platforms
Qualifications
- Experience editing short-form social media video
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of platform best practices
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
