Position Summary
The Game Experience Internship with the Salt Lake Shred is a seasonal, hybrid role based in Herriman, Utah for the 2026 UFA season. Reporting to the General Manager, the intern will support in-stadium activations, theme nights, Kids Zone programming, and overall fan engagement efforts at Zions Bank Stadium. This position provides hands-on experience in live sports operations, event execution, and community-facing brand representation within a professional ultimate frisbee organization.

Requirements
- Interest in sports, live events, or fan engagement
- Availability for scheduled home games (May–July, with potential playoff dates)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Zions Bank Stadium
- Comfortable interacting with large and diverse crowds
- Preferred: Customer service or event experience; bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-game, in-game, and post-game activations
- Set up and break down signage, Kids Zone areas, and fan engagement stations
- Support giveaways, interactive games, and crowd engagement efforts
- Assist with locker room setup, team food organization, and hydration support
- Collaborate with the General Manager and ownership for smooth event execution
- Represent the organization professionally and follow safety procedures
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
