Position Summary
The Summer 2026 College Internship at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (Marriott’s Mountainside – Park City, UT) is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity within Front Desk or Recreation/Activities operations. This 3- or 6-month program (May–August for summer) provides immersive resort operations experience, executive exposure, cross-department shadowing, and a capstone business project. Interns must be actively pursuing a college degree and be available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires.

Requirements
- Active college enrollment (Hospitality or Business preferred; all majors encouraged)
- Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fully on-site participation in Park City, UT
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift/push/pull up to 10 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license may be required (role dependent)
- Housing/relocation are the intern’s responsibility
Responsibilities
Front Desk (6 Months)
- Deliver brand-standard guest welcome and service
- Assist with check-in/check-out and guest inquiries
- Support daily front desk operations and problem resolution
- Learn ownership vs. nightly reservations processes
- Observe pre-arrival planning and room assignment
Recreation/Activities (6 Months)
- Promote and lead resort activities and special events
- Support setup/execution of games, tastings, and programs
- Engage guests to create memorable experiences
- Assist with planning daily activities and event logistics
