Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher and eligible for college credit
- Willingness to complete an unpaid internship for academic credit
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Database experience, CPR certification, and water polo familiarity preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via Zendesk, phone, and email
- Provide support for membership compliance and database management
- Assist with the Academic All-American program, including transcript review and data entry
- Support National Award nominations and recognition programs
- Perform general administrative tasks within the Membership Department
