Position Summary
The Athletics Marketing Graduate Assistant position at DePaul University is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) supporting NCAA Division I athletics in the BIG EAST Conference. The graduate assistant will lead annual marketing plans for men’s and women’s soccer and softball while assisting with comprehensive external strategies for men’s and women’s basketball. Requirements

  • Full-time enrollment in a DePaul graduate program
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday breaks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between venues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • No employment with media outlets that present conflicts of interest
  • Preferred knowledge of NCAA and BIG EAST compliance rules

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for soccer and softball
