Position Summary
The WLL Production Internship with the Premier Lacrosse League supports content creation for the Women’s Lacrosse League (WLL), a newly launched professional league dedicated to elevating women’s lacrosse. This paid internship ($16–$18/hour) runs from May 1 through September 19, with remote and LA/NY office options available. Interns will shoot, edit, and produce short- and long-form video content for WLL digital platforms, sponsored initiatives, and broadcast integrations, while also assisting with broader PLL production needs. The role offers hands-on experience in professional sports media production within a rapidly growing women’s league.

Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Ability to operate cameras and capture live sports and interview content
- Fundamental knowledge of lighting techniques
- Strong collaboration, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to generate engaging digital content ideas
- Experience in sports production; lacrosse knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Edit content for WLL social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, YouTube)
- Edit sponsored and partner-distributed content
- Produce in-game highlights during event weekends
- Create short- and long-form content for ESPN broadcasts and league features
- Shoot game highlights, practices, locker room content, and interviews
- Log, tag, archive, and retrieve footage for WLL departments, sponsors, and broadcast partners
